Looking for candidates to our Brest office.

SmartexLab is a software development company. We build innovative web & mobile apps for mid-size financial and healthcare businesses. We already have 30+ people on board and growing fast. The company works with clients from the USA, UK, Scandinavia and DACH countries.

We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. We’d be happy to hire a highly-motivated person, who is ready to join a promising IT industry and grow to a sales professional. This is a position for both the beginners in IT or people with sales experience in other verticals.

** Responsibilities

  1. search for contacts of potential clients based on defined criteria

  2. reach out to customer leads through cold calling, emails and social media (LinkedIn, Xing)

  3. communicate with prospects and potential clients (share info about the company and capabilities, schedule in-person meetings, discuss project requirements, etc.)

  4. work closely with pre-sales engineers/project managers to prepare accurate estimations

  5. proposals preparation and discussions with potential clients

  6. providing after-sales support to retain customers

** Requirements

Mandatory:

  1. advanced English

  2. excellent communication skills, easy-going person

  3. stress-tolerant, ready to work long hours

  4. analytical skills and a quick learner. You’ll be learning a lot of technical staff!

  5. a sales-greedy person with super strong desire to make good cash

Will be a plus:

  1. work experience in a Western country (work & travel is good)

  2. prior Sales experience
